PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Administratively reporting to the HR & Admin Supervisor, the HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for handling and providing support daily to various HR & Admin-related tasks, activities, and transactions at the Central Headquarters (CHQ). Responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties at CHQ.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Ensure registration of newly hired employees to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig upon employment.
  • Maintaining and updating mandatory benefits about the existing or new policies of government agencies.
  • Responsible for calculations of government mandatory contribution premiums and endorsed for reconciliation with the Payroll Department.
  • Process payment for monthly government mandatory contributions and timely posting of remittance to the systems of SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
  • Maintain hard copies of monthly government mandatory contributions and loan remittance reports.
  • Assist in processing SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF benefit claims (for sickness, maternity, EC, retirement, etc.) and loans.
  • Monitor approved claims and loans and disseminate to respective Site HR & Admin Staff or Payroll In-charge.
  • Provide employees with SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF certification as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Graduate of any 4-years course in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.

  2. Open for fresh graduates or at least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.

  3. Preferably with background knowledge on the following facets: Recruitment & Hiring, Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Admin Services.

  4. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point).

  5. Possess good communications skills both written and verbal.

  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a teaml.

  7. Able to deliver effective results, and meet tight deadlines and targets based on OTP.

  8. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

  9. Must be organized, detail oriented, and professional.

Willing to work in Angono, Rizal.
