RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies to promote business growth and increase market share, duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and clients to support business growth
  • Promote company services through onsite marketing activities, employer interviews, and training sessions
  • Track, distribute, and replenish promotional materials, and ensure consistent brand visibility
  • Monitor and achieve monthly targets through client calls and market outreach
  • Collect market insights to support strategy development and improve service offerings
  • Respond to client inquiries from various platforms and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports on daily activities, leads, and accomplishments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the finance, banking, or insurance industry
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful; thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels
