Sanitary Designer

A Sanitary Designer is responsible in driving the company's growth by designing, developing, testing and overseeing the implementation of entire sanitary systems including calculations, technical analysis, component selections and safety considerations. It also includes but not limited to vermin control and eradication, garbage and trash disposal, sewage treatment plant and other structures that support the store expansion and renovation plans. Ensure that stores are equipped with efficient, reliable, and cost-effective sanitary infrastructure.

• Coordinate expansion and renovation projects with SBU's Store Planning and Design Team and Management.
• Collaborate with the Design, Engineering, and Construction teams on new and ongoing projects.
• Prepare CAD plans, estimates, equipment schedules, specifications, and construction notes.
• Ensure sanitary systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sanitary Engineering or related fields.
• A strong foundation in sanitary engineering principles, including system design and analysis, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD tools for sanitary engineering.
• Expertise in sanitary system calculations and performance evaluation, along with the ability to choose appropriate sanitary components and materials per project requirements and codes.
• Knowledge of load flow studies, fault analysis, and overall sanitary system assessment.
