We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in house-to-house selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.

Sales Team Leader - Converge Fiber Optic (SURF2SAWA)

Location:

  • 5th Ave., South Caloocan
  • Asiavest, Paranaque City

Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:

  • At least High School graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with Converge Fiber Optic services (preferred)
  • Willing to do field work (House to house).

Salary offer: Minimum rate plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,070.00 per day
