About the role

Mobelhaus Phils., Inc. is seeking a talented Painter Color Technician to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a Painter Color Technician, you will be responsible for expertly mixing and applying paints and finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet our exacting standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
  2. Mix paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and effects
  3. Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spraying equipment
  4. Ensure a smooth, even, and professional finish on all painted surfaces
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the process
  6. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and implement the desired aesthetic
  7. Provide input and recommendations on color selections and finishes
  8. Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter or Color Technician in the trades and services industry
  2. Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques
  3. Ability to mix and match colors accurately to meet specific requirements
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
  5. Proficient in using a variety of painting tools and equipment
  6. Adaptable and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  8. Commitment to following health and safety guidelines
