Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst. The AP Analyst is responsible for managing invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, performing financial analysis, and providing excellent customer service. They will also handle communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills
- Proficiency in Invoicing processes and systems
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
