We are seeking an experienced Pytha 3D CAD Drafter to join our team. This role is critical in producing precise, high-quality drawings for our projects while collaborating closely with our team and clients. You will work with Pytha 3D CAD software to create detailed and accurate designs, ensuring all outputs meet the required standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify detailed 3D CAD drawings using Pytha.

  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with specifications.

  • Attend regular meetings to review progress, address changes, and align on project goals.

  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design briefs accurately.

  • Apply attention to detail to ensure precision and compliance with quality standards.

  • Accept and integrate constructive feedback to continuously improve outputs.

  • Liaise effectively with the team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in Pytha 3D CAD drafting.

  • Strong knowledge of Pytha workflows and capabilities (preferably with exposure to a network/team of Pytha programmers in the Philippines).

  • Exceptional communication skills — verbal and written.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.

  • Openness to feedback and the ability to apply constructive criticism effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
