The Company Doctor implements health and wellness programs. They conduct medical consultations and manage work-related health diseases.

On top of the hourly rate, medical doctors can earn an additional ₱40 per hour by simply reporting to work on time consistently and providing ample notice for any absences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and thorough physical examinations of employees
• Administer personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, etc.
• Work with executives to lower costs of disability claims or other related costs

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered physician with active PRC license, preferably with Occupational - Medicine training
• Good oral and written communication skills
