						Job Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and a warm demeanor.
 - Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and logging inquiries.
 - Monitor and manage visitor access, issue guest passes, and enforce building security protocols.
 - Handle package deliveries, dry cleaning, and other concierge services in coordination with building staff.
 - Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
 - Maintain resident directory and update records in management software.
 - Assist in scheduling facility use (e.g., function rooms, amenities).
 - Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
 - Enforce house rules and communicate professionally with residents regarding policies.
 - Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
 - Provide support during emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, lockdowns) as per protocol.
 
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, communications, or related field (preferred). Diploma holders with relevant experience also welcome
 - Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential buildings, or concierge service (preferred).
 - Minimum of 1-2 years experience as front desk, administrative, or customer service.
 - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - Bilingual or multilingual is a plus (e.g. Hokkien, Mandarin).
 - Flexible schedule – availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
 - Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
 - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
 - Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
 - Calm and composed under pressure or in emergencies.
 - Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
 - Customer-centric attitude with a discreet, service-minded approach.
 - Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
