Role Overview

The Head of Sales oversees the organization's sales direction, revenue-generation strategies, and distribution channels. The role provides leadership to both direct and indirect sales teams, builds strong business partnerships, and ensures the effective rollout of sales programs to meet growth and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Set sales targets, track progress, and drive performance improvements.
  • Build a results-oriented and customer-centric sales culture.

2. Channel & Partner Management

  • Oversee direct sales operations and major institutional accounts.
  • Strengthen relationships with distribution partners and external agencies.
  • Ensure partner compliance with service standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify new channel opportunities to broaden market reach.

3. Business Development

  • Identify potential growth areas and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
  • Lead major client presentations, proposals, and strategic account engagements.

4. Digital Sales & Process Optimization

  • Manage digital sales platforms and online client onboarding systems.
  • Ensure digital tools and processes remain efficient, compliant, and market-competitive.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance digital workflows and overall customer experience.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Represent Sales in leadership meetings and inter-department committees.
  • Partner with marketing, product, operations, and compliance teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Address escalations and ensure effective alignment across all business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
  • Background in financial services or related sectors is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Proficient in sales reporting tools and presentation software.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php300, Php480,000.00 per month
