What is your mission?

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to drive insightful financial planning and support data-driven business decisions. This role involves building and maintaining robust financial models, analyzing performance trends, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and reporting. If you're skilled in Excel modeling, financial analysis, and storytelling with numbers, we'd love to have you on the team.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop, improve, and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational and strategic improvement
  • Collaborate with business units to collect inputs, provide financial insights, and support performance analysis
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and explain key drivers
  • Prepare clear, accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and executives
  • Support ad-hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems and reporting tools
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership and board-level reviews
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling
  • Experience working with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of capital markets, M&A, and financial planning processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data into actionable insights
