About the role

The People Operations Specialist (
MANDARIN Speaker
) supports a wide range of global people systems, processes, and initiatives. They are responsible for identifying, recommending, and working to implement creative solutions that leverage technology & create efficiencies. Works under moderate supervision.

Responsible for data integrity of Pontoon's two global HR Information Systems, Avature and SAP SuccessFactor
- s.Acts as a trusted resource of the Human Resources team. Partners with HR team members to assess needs and implement solutions, while providing change management suppor
- t.Provides coaching and support to leaders and colleagues regarding global HR processes. Identifies and analyzes issues and recommends the appropriate actio
- n.Provides project management support for HR initiatives. Manages and prioritizes multiple projects across multiple functions with minimal supervision; exercises appropriate level of judgment on the completion of the task and follows through on issues in a timely manne
- r.Engages in continuous improvement efforts as it relates to the improvement of efficiency or service level for any Human Resource process or interactio
- n.Documents global HR processes in various formats including SOPs & Process Map
