A. RECRUITMENT
- Sources applicants.
- Coordinates appointment of applicants.
- Conduct initial screening and interview.
- Arranges all stages of the interview process (initial, in-depth and final interview).
- Administers and interprets Pre-employment exams
- Conducts background information check.
- Discuss and collates pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare Job Offer, Contract, Job Description and other documents pertaining to employment procedures.
- Conduct Job Offer to the newly hired employee.
- Conduct Orientation to the newly hired employees.
- Assists in the compilation and preparation of data for statistical reports on recruitment related issues;
- Encodes employee information in the HRIS.
- Liaison for participation in job fairs.
- Preparation of Personnel Action forms.
- Prepare Manpower Reports.
- Processing of transfer of employees from one store to another
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Psychology/ HRDM Graduate
- With at least 6 months year experience in the field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be analytical, proficient in oral and written communication
- With strong and outgoing personality
- Willing to be deployed in Mandaluyong
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
