Job Summary:

An E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store and managing the e-commerce team, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and support the e-commerce team, including customer service representatives, content creators, and fulfillment staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Site Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of the e-commerce website, ensuring all content, product listings, and promotions are current and accurate.
• Sales and Performance Analysis: Monitor online sales performance, generate reports, and identify trends. Develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality customer experience by overseeing order fulfillment, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are accurately represented on the site.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media promotions that drive traffic and sales.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure the e-commerce platform adheres to all legal requirements and security protocols to protect customer data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
