Concierge/Bellman

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, offering assistance with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests for local attractions, restaurants, and events, and make reservations as needed
• Offer transportation assistance, including arranging for taxis, limousines, or rental cars
• Handle guest request and complaints in a prompt and professional manner , escalating any issues to the appropriate manager as needed
• Maintain Knowledge of hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions and events, to assist guests with their needs
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk staff, to ensure that guest needs are met

Job Qualifications

• with Driving License
• College degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
• With Proven experience as a concierge, guest services representative, or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and possibly additional languages
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional and courteous even in challenging situations
• Proficiency in computer programs, and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
