Bridal Consultant

Job Summary:

The Bridal Consultant provides personalized assistance to brides-to-be in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and related items. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience by offering expert advice, styling guidance, and attentive service, while also supporting store sales and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome brides and their parties, providing professional and friendly service.
• Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and other bridal attire.
• Offer styling advice tailored to customer preferences, body type, and wedding theme.
• Conduct fittings and coordinate alterations with seamstresses or tailors as needed.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom or boutique.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Support promotional events, bridal shows, or marketing activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred.
• Experience in fashion retail, styling, or bridal consulting is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of wedding fashion trends and garment fitting is desirable.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor when working with clients.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
