Purchasing Supervisor

· Make follow up (with suppliers) on procurement of the equipment supplies and service for the club operations.

· Scout suppliers for requirements of the club and furnish them with specifications and standards materials and equipment needed.

· Review purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.

· Update Purchasing Manager on status of various procurements, market trends, and new developments.

· Maintain a file of catalogues, price lists, reference date, and other pertinent information.

· Coordinate with departments concerned in developing procurement specifications through analysis, appraisals and selection of items based on usage, economy, and availability.

· Keep an accurate and update file of purchase requests and orders.

· Perform related tasks as may be assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
