The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by offering personalized beauty recommendations, demonstrating products, and driving sales for the brand. This role ensures that customers have a positive shopping experience through product expertise, grooming standards, and consistent store upkeep.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their beauty needs (skincare, makeup).
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and concerns.
  • Demonstrate proper product usage through swatching, trials, or mini makeovers (when applicable).
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, beauty trends, and new releases.

  • Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.

  • Attend product trainings and workshops as required.

  • Ensure shelves are clean, properly stocked, and visually appealing.

  • Manage product testers and ensure hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting damaged or missing items.
  • Follow company guidelines for cashiering (if assigned).

Qualifications
  • High school graduate; vocational or college background in beauty or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in cosmetics, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Passionate about beauty, trends, and product knowledge.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
