The Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and maintaining communication between the company and external parties such as government agencies, clients, suppliers, and business partners. This role ensures that all regulatory requirements are met, documents are processed on time, and company interests are represented professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government & Agency Coordination
- Facilitate applications, renewals, and compliance requirements with government offices (e.g., BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, DTI, etc.).
- Secure permits, clearances, certificates, and other regulatory documents.
- Monitor expiration dates of permits and ensure timely renewal.
2. Document Processing & Management
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on official documents, forms, and requests.
- Maintain organized records of completed transactions and official receipts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents prior to submission.
3. External Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings or represent the company as required.
- Handle inquiries, coordinate schedules, and ensure information is relayed accurately.
4. Logistics & Administrative Support
- Run errands such as bank transactions, deliveries, and pickups of official documents.
- Assist other departments when outside coordination is required.
- Provide timely reporting of activities and updates to the immediate supervisor.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor regulatory changes and inform management of updates affecting the company.
- Prepare reports on completed and ongoing transactions.
- Ensure all activities follow company policies and government regulations.
