VP – Retail Operations

Job Overview

The AVP for Retail Operations will lead the day-to-day operations of all retail branches, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and a superior customer experience. The role will oversee branch performance, compliance, manpower deployment, and operational strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations across all branches.
  • Ensure stores meet sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
  • Strengthen service quality, store standards, and customer experience.
  • Lead Area/Regional Managers and develop store leadership talent.
  • Implement operational best practices, SOPs, and audit compliance.
  • Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and manpower planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • At least
    10 years of leadership experience
    in retail operations (preferably FMCG or supermarket/chain stores).
  • Strong multi-store operational management background.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

AVP – Marketing

Job Overview

The AVP for Marketing will lead the company's overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy. This role will oversee campaign planning, digital marketing, promotions, and market insights to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of marketing and brand strategies.
  • Manage campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store platforms.
  • Oversee product launches, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic planning.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, creatives, and media partners.
  • Develop brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Operations and Supply Chain on marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of marketing leadership experience
    in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
  • Strong background in brand management, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent creativity, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

AVP – Supply Chain

Location: Metro Manila (On-site)

Work Schedule:
Morning Shift, Monday–Friday

Job Overview

The AVP for Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, demand planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. The role ensures product availability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and strategy.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Manage warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics performance.
  • Develop and implement supply chain process improvements.
  • Strengthen supply chain systems, tools, and data analytics.
  • Monitor KPIs related to inventory, fulfillment, logistics cost, and availability.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations and Marketing to align supply requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least
    10 years of supply chain management experience
    in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
