BIM Architect

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team in our Clark Office. The BIM Architect will play a key role in the design coordination and integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout all project stages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that architectural design intent is accurately represented, coordinated, and executed. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and technical expertise, with proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive BIM models for complex projects.

The BIM Architect will also contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit, BIM Pro, and other relevant software.
• Lead clash detection and model coordination activities to ensure accurate documentation and design integrity.
• Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
• Support the project team in understanding BIM processes and ensure adherence to project protocols and workflows.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on BIM best practices.
• Ensure timely updates and consistency across project models and documentation sets.
• Stay updated on BIM technologies, workflows, and industry standards to enhance overall project efficiency.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on BIM implementation and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM Pro, with experience in Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and project workflows.
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards, building codes, and coordination practices.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent BIM certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
