Job Summary:

The Fishmeal Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations of the fishmeal production area, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and product quality. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining equipment, coordinating raw material input and product output, and adhering to environmental and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Fisheries, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fishmeal production or related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fishmeal plant operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (if applicable).
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and environmental compliance standards.
