  • College level or equivalent in Food Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in basic sanitation procedures and pest control.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and cleaning procedures, cleaning techniques, and adherence to food safety standards and programs such as GMP and SSOP
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills based on prioritising tasks and efficiently managing the activities of subordinates to meet objectives.
  • Intermediate level MS Office proficiency including Excel formulas is required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and cold environment
  • Willingness to work on nigh shift
