Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant serves as a strategic liaison between the organization and our sales force. This role is responsible for streamlining administrative operations, optimizing seller communication, and providing comprehensive logistical support for marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and organizational excellence to support our sales production goals at 2nd Floor JCS Building, San Jose, Rosario, Batangas office.

What You'll Do?
  • Strategic Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication with sellers regarding assemblies, marketing activities, and promotional dissemination.
  • Operational Support: Oversee the preparation of sales proposals and execute follow-up protocols for group sales opportunities.
  • Event & Logistics Management: Lead the organization of corporate recognition events and coordinate high-priority site inspections (trippings) for clients and sellers.
  • Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage Marketing Petty Cash funds and supervise the production, replenishment, and release of marketing collaterals.
  • Data Management: Maintain rigorous records of seller information and generate analytical weekly and monthly reports on recruitment and sales production.
  • Credentialing: Administer the distribution of official identification and "Authority to Sell" documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Academic Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related Management discipline.
  • Professional Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Logistics: Ability to report daily to 2nd Floor JCS Building, San Jose, Rosario, Batangas office.
  • Employment Status: Available for a full-time, permanent-track engagement.
