PCBA Technician

Educational Background

• Associate/Diploma/Technical course in Electronics or equivalent background.

Work Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PCB assembly and repair.
• Basic hands-on experience in PCB/PCBA inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IPC standards
• Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in basic electronics and electrical concepts
• Ability to perform hand soldering and use electronic assembly tools and read and interpret detailed electronic assembly drawings, schematics and process documents.

· Ability to read, understand and assemble a variety of products according to assembly procedures, drawings and bill-of-material, understand how to reference and comply with standards in IPC-610 & J-Standard-001 manuals.

• Knowledge of ESD standards and practices.
• Experience with measurement and inspection tools (calipers, microscopes, X-ray, multimeter, oscilloscope).
• Basic computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and test data entry.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (able to document findings and prepare reports).
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with production, engineering and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability under pressure.

Residence

• Residing or near Dasmarinas Cavite
• Willing to be relocated if not residing / near Dasmarinas (staff house provided)

Job Type: Full-time
