Back Office Processor (Financial Services)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Processor to join our team in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services who are ready to take on a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide back-office support for financial accounts and services.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client policies.
  • Handle data processing and documentation tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance-related course preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a night-shift schedule.
  • Must be fully committed to 100% onsite work.
  • Flexible to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.
