Job Description

The role involves taking a leadership position in managing the Company Sub-Group's Management Reporting and Financial Planning. Key responsibilities include leading the Sub Group's performance and annual budget processes, ensuring accurate reporting to corporate finance.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 
    15 years of strong working experience, experience in manufacturing is an advantage
  • Managerial experience of not less than 10 years.
  • Proven strong managerial and leadership qualities
  • Someone with strong control mindset and not afraid to say No.
  • Professional accounting qualification including 
    ACCA, CIMA, and/or CPA
     will be highly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Out-spoken and able to develop and motivate a team
  • Highly responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Business Partnering skills and a good team player
  • Commercially-oriented with high energy, a 'can-do' attitude and hands-on
  • Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details
