Project In-Charge

• With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with license)
• At least 6 to 10 years experience in Construction
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills, good human relation skills
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements;
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates, and Bill of Materials;
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Adhere to project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems under tight schedule, and extreme pressure.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by monitoring and regulating jobsite expenses;
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing jobsite accomplishment and reporting to management;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Able to exemplify leadership by creating a harmonious and productive teamwork.
