Assistant Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Engagement Management

Leads and manages the audit team with minimal supervision, overseeing end-to-end audit and consulting engagements from planning to reporting, including quality control reviews.

  • Audit Execution

Directs audit procedures by identifying issues, developing criteria, analyzing evidence, reviewing documentation, evaluating financial data, and maintaining updated audit databases.

  • Planning & Analyzing

Plans, organizes, and schedules audit programs; ensures timely completion of audits and reviews the quality and completeness of all audit work.

  • Annual Audit Planning

Develops and manages the Annual Audit Plan by coordinating with different departments to establish the audit universe, allocate resources, and identify yearly audit and consulting engagements. Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements.

  • Reporting, Follow-Ups & Performance Management

Communicates audit results through reports and presentations, conducts follow-ups on audit observations, supports continuous improvement, and prepares KPI and KRA summaries for performance assessments

  • Quality Control Review

Review, discuss, and document quality control review comments through formal/informal review sessions to ensure that all internal audit reports presented at the committee are accurate and of good quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing
  • Certified Audit Professional (CPA, CIA,CISA,CFE)
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience on Internal and External Auditing and/or Risk Consulting.
  • Minimum industry experience of 3 years of direct audit experience with the pharmaceutical or highly regulated distribution/ logistics industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).

Location:

Our office is conveniently located in Quezon City, just a short distance from Quezon City Hall and close to major transport hubs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
