Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and manage a team of Internal Quality Analysts (IQAs), providing direction, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee quality assurance of curated assets including text, images, videos, and audio across various workflows.
  • Maintain Google's strict content standards while driving improvements in quality metrics.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement strategies to improve consistency, objectivity, and eliminate biases in reviews.
  • Act as the primary interface between the IQM team, production teams, and supplier partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality expectations and drive process improvements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of team performance and quality metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights to communicate trends, opportunities, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to separate quality management from production to reduce friction and subjective bias.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to keep IQA team members updated on guidelines, processes, and standards.
  • Promote continuous learning and upskilling within the team.
  • Drive operational excellence by simplifying quality management processes and sustaining high standards across content review workflows.

 
What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of quality processes, evaluation, feedback, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proven ability to reduce rework and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
  • Experience in quality management and digital marketing, with a focus on Google platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools such as EWOQ, QASA, and Q+.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a team handling role.
  • Prior experience as QA, QTL/QAM in Customer Service, Back Office, or Chat support.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM: A working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing digital marketing environment.
  • Innovative Thinking: A proactive and innovative thinker who can contribute new ideas and strategies for campaign quality and effectiveness.

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Shift: 6AM – 3PM
