
Interior Designer

· The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces for clients. This includes developing design concepts, selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and vendors to bring design visions to life.
· Role is Open for Quezon City and Bulacan Office
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of the space.
Develop and present design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design software to create 3D models and technical drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure design plans are accurately implemented.
Source and select materials, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
Supervise installation of design elements.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software, Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for color, composition, and detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures relevant to interior design.
Portfolio of relevant work.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Certification or licensure in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ certification). is a plus
Experience in a specific design field, such as residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
Project management experience.
Work Environment:
The work typically takes place in an office setting, with frequent site visits required during the project's planning and execution phases. Collaboration with clients, team members, and other professionals is a significant part of the job.
Physical Requirements:
The job may involve some physical activities like site visits, inspecting work, and selecting materials. Ability to navigate construction sites safely is necessary.
