Job description:

  • Wash Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
  • Ensure all kitchen and service areas are clean, organized, and hygienic
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately and maintain waste areas
  • Sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment according to hygiene standards
  • Assist Chefs and Kitchen Staffs with basic task as needed
  • Refill cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a stewarding in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and chemical safety is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot , and sometimes physically demanding environment
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati (YMC Bldg., Chino Roces Ext., Makati City)
  • Can start ASAP
