Job Summary
An Ophthalmic Technician ensures proper functioning, maintenance and availability of equipment / instruments needed before, during and after the performance of procedure
Duties and Responsibilities
- Give appropriate instructions regarding treatment / procedure.
- Conduct daily check of the working condition of the diagnostic and laser machines and equipment
- Activate and set the controls / parameters on the machines and related diagnostic equipment
- Assist patient before , during and after treatment /performance of required procedure
- Other tasks related to the job
