About the role

As an Automotive Technician at Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our valued customers. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Marilao, Bulacan location, working within a team of skilled professionals to ensure the smooth operation of Toyota vehicles.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
  2. Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  3. Use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve complex issues
  4. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Formal training or certification in automotive repair, such as a vocational or technical school diploma
  2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership
  3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in using a wide range of automotive tools and equipment
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
