Key Responsibilities

• Training and Awareness – Ensure adequate understanding of data privacy risks and control requirements across the organization
• Risk Assessment – Facilitate the timely eecution of relevant data privacy risk assessments, collaborating with the Data Protection Officers (DPO) as its 2LoD counterpart
• Control Design, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
  Review and/or improve control design, considering effectiveness, efficiency, and "customer" e
• perience criteria
• Facilitate gap analysis and risk assessment; monitor the remediation of gaps related to global policies, control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the timely and proper documentation of risk and control details in the system
  Coordinate e- ecution of applicable entity wide and/or process specific data privacy controls
• Perform and/or coordinate Key Control Monitoring
• Facilitate and document testing results and control evaluation
• Issue and Event Management – Eecute and/or coordinate the timely identification, capturing, monitoring, and reporting of data privacy issues and events
• Management Information and Reporting – Prepare reports and dashboards providing management insight on control effectiveness
