Campaign Coordinator

Summary: The Campaign Coordinator ensures the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, from idealization to execution. They act as the PR point person for campaign launches and maintain relationships with media and influencers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to develop campaigns tailored to Maxidrug Pharmacy's needs.

• Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand and delivered on time.

• Performance Reporting: Evaluate campaign success through KPIs and share reports with the Marketing Director.

• Public Relations: Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, magazines, and other partners to promote campaign awareness and success.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials adhere to the Maxidrug Pharmacy brand identity.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree holder of marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• With at least 1 to 3 years of experience in campaign management or public relations.
• With strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Must be excellent in communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, media, and influencers.
• Familiarity with campaign reporting metrics (ROI, engagement rates, reach, etc.).
• With solid PR experience, including liaising with media outlets and influencers.
• Creativity in conceptualizing and executing impactful campaigns.
• Outgoing and confident, with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Enthusiastic about new ideas, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Fun and optimistic while maintaining responsibility for high-quality results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
