Production Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow Company Policies and Guidelines.

1.1 Grooming

a. Must be in complete uniform and ready before official time in.

b. Uniform/Clothes must be neat and dirt free

c. All pockets must be free from any personal belongings for uniformity.

d. Wearing any company issued uniform in public transportation or outside the work area is not allowed.

e. For male staff, hair must be neat and fixed. Wearing a hairnet inside the kitchen at all times.

f. No facial hair must be visible.

g. For female staff, hair must be pulled back and tied into a bun. Hair must always be tucked inside hairnet

h. Female makeup must be kept light and in nude or natural tones.

i. Male and Female nails must be trimmed and clean at all times. No nail polish is allowed.

j. For Male and Female staff, eyeglasses are allowed to be worn during the shift.

k. Tattoos are allowed.

l. Accessories are not allowed in the kitchen and stockroom. Keep accessories in your locker.

m. Wash your hands regularly.

1.2. Kitchen Decorum

a. Uniform and grooming guidelines are to be followed and applied at all times.

b. Excessive chatting and/ or boisterous laughter are not allowed. Conversations among staff members inside the store, kitchen or stockroom are to be kept minimal, low and subtle.

c. Refrain from leaning on walls, doors, cabinets or display shelves

d. Unnecessary hand signals and unprofessional gestures below are not allowed (such as): fist bumps, high five, cheek-to-cheek "beso", rock sign, love signs; and all other hand signs, punching, joking

e. Use of personal phones is not allowed during work hours. Personal phones can only be used during breaks.

f. Eating and drinking are not allowed while inside the kitchen production area.

2. Food Preparation and Production

2.1 Assumes 100% responsibility for the company-set standards in Food Production, specifically:

• Execute the Standardized Recipe and procedures provided, with the highest quality standard.

• Responsible for all finished products with regards to its taste, quality and wholesomeness. (Items should be in good quality and free of any hazards or contaminants) Line cook is responsible for steps 1 and 2 of food preparation.

• Strict implementation on guidelines and procedures in Kitchen and Food Safety and Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene.

• Implement precise and exact portion control which ensures food cost goals are met.

• Able to pack items according to company standards. This includes all stickers and labels.

• Avoids waste by minimizing trimmings, following strict Storage procedures and sanitary Food Handling procedures.

• Follows proper and standard presentation of items. This includes stickers and other necessary labels for each item.

2.2 Executes plans based on Purchase Orders (PO), production plan and running tasks to ensure fulfillment of orders.

• Kitchen Operation

3.1 Assists in monthly inventory of the kitchen. This includes counting and recording of inventory details.

3.2 Prepares factual, detailed and timely reports on the following instances:

• Difficulty in the implementation of the Standardized Recipe and procedures and guidelines.

• Broken or malfunction of any utensil or equipment.

• Spoilages and wastages.

• Irreconcilable Inventory Reports.

3.3 Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all items (ingredients, products, utensils and equipment) and storage areas.

3.4 Provide an open communication by attending and participating actively in regular weekly meetings to discuss efficiency and profitability of the operations, employee concerns and feedback.

3.5 Opens and closes the kitchen properly by following the Opening and Closing Checklist of Central Kitchen.

3.6 Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen before, during and after operations

3.7 Assist in reports and deliverables accurately and on time to the Immediate Supervisor.

3.8 In the absence of a dishwasher, he / she performs the task of a dishwasher.

• Others

4.1 Comply with all company standards and procedures.

4.2 Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

4.3 Reports any wrong acts by any employee of the company.

4.4 Reports incidents that are not within company standards.

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
