  • Accompany the driver to delivery destinations and assist in locating customer addresses.
  • Deliver items to customers courteously and professionally.
  • Collect and secure customer signatures, receipts, or payments (if applicable).
  • Assist in route planning and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and ensure cargo area is organized.
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or product discrepancies to the driver or supervisor.
  • Observe safety rules and company policies at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
