JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Tooling Engineering within a manufacturing or plastic injection molding company.
  • Practical experience gained through on-the-job training or internships in a manufacturing or electronics company is welcome to apply.
  • Have understanding of plastic materials and their applications.
  • Proficient in interpreting 2D technical drawings of plastic components.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic mold structures and injection molding parameters.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in relation to plastic injection molded parts.
  • Willing to be assigned in LIMA SITE.

JOB DESCIPTION:

  • Daily monitoring for quality checking of materials in vendor side.
  • Provide updating report for the status of mold.
  • Support and participate in tooling trial. Measure dimension/s needed and provide result.
  • Responsible for development/improvement of the material. Create repair or modification quotation.
  • Monitoring for applying Mold Modification and Acceptance form
