Job Summary:
The CI/Collector is responsible for conducting credit investigations on potential clients to assess creditworthiness and for collecting payments from customers with outstanding balances. The role ensures timely and accurate collection of dues while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate of any course
- With valid Drivers License
- Preferably w/ motorcycle
- With or without experience
- Willing to work in office and field transactions
- Possess efficient data processing skills, excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Knowledge in Lending process & transactions is a PLUS
