Human Resource Staff

The Human Resource Staff acts as a support in the delivery of end-to-end services including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately encodes attendance information for each employee and ensures filling of attendance slips are according to company policy.
• Consolidates data and maintains monitoring of the following: leave, suspension, tardiness, undertime, official business and overtime.
• Responsible for the recruitment processes such as screening, shortlisting, testing, initial interview and performing reference checks of applicants.
• Analyzes recruitment data and recommends improvement.
• Assists with arranging onboarding training sessions with all new hires (rank & file, supervisory and managerial level) and refresher workshops for existing employees.
• Performance Management. Responsible in Preparing Performance Evaluation, collection and consolidation of accomplished Performance Evaluation.
• Prepares and submit HR reports on time.
• Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

• Completed college degree, preferably Psychology or any related field.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
