About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Mindanao branch. As Mindanao Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth across our network of stores in the region. This full-time position will be based in Northern Mindanao.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Provide coaching and training to develop the skills and capabilities of the branch team
- Analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with regional management to develop and execute strategic plans for the Mindanao market
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the automotive or consumer products industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
