Qualifications:

  1. Preferably AB/BS Psychology Graduate or BS in Behavioral Science.

  2. Has at least 1 year relevant experience.

  3. Must be willing willing to be deployed in Taguig City (with free airconditioned barracks)

  4. Can join asap.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates with AHR Head for Operations.

  2. Monitors manpower movement and prepares weekly manpower reports and submits them to the AHR Head for Operations.

  3. Checks and monitors regularly the effective implementation of the company rules, regulations and policies in all Project Sites. He/she shall also be responsible in facilitating the implementation of a disciplinary action in case of violation of company policy.

  4. Prepares and maintains an updated record of offenses committed by employees at Site and actions taken thereon as reference for future company actions and to submit the same to the AHRD Head for Operations at the end of every quarter.

  5. Prepares Contracts of Project Employment and Job Description.

  6. Prepares and facilitates supplies requisition of the site where he/she is assigned to.

  7. Monitors and submits inventory report of office supplies every week and at the end of the year.

  8. Conducts site inspections.

  9. Facilitates Performance Evaluation at the Project Site.

  10. Prepares a summary of Performance Evaluation Results of the respective site.

  11. Monitors training of employees and submits quarterly training report to AHR Main.

  12. Prepares and issues Notice of AWOL, Notice of Termination, Notice of End of Project Employment, and Movement Form.

  13. Prepares and submits Termination Report to DOLE.

  14. Issues office uniforms and PPE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
