Requirements for the role:

  • Graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry. Cosmetic Science or any related field.
  • Soft Skills:
    Creative, Attention to detail, critical thinking and team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the transfer of thoughts and data.
  • Excellent Project Management, strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills:
    Able to perform statistical analysis from testing data to assess specification values.
  • Preferably with 5 years experience in the personal care industry/ cosmetics and manufacturing
  • Amenable to work in Plaridel Bulacan

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible to design the step-by-step batch manufacturing processes of new products and to optimize batch manufacturing processes of existing products that needs improvement.
  • Develop, maintain and document robust manufacturing and filling assembly procedures based on formulation and equipment, lead in the making of pilot trials, production scale trials, production validation and commercial production for in-house and third party processing.
  • Improve overall efficiency and profitability while maintaining product quality at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and interpret product manufacturing issue including identifying root cause and recommending corrective action steps to ensure uninterrupted production
  • Perform other tasks from time to time
