Job Summary:

The Business Support Analyst (Audit) supports business operations by performing data analysis, process reviews, and internal audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve controls, and support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews across business processes
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in risk assessments and process documentation (flows, controls, policies)
  • Track audit issues, action plans, and remediation progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Provide business support through reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational reviews

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, audit, compliance, or risk management
  • Strong understanding of audit principles, internal controls, and business processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
