Job Description
Responsible for greeting guests, checking in and checking out, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The front desk staff will also manage billing and payments, answer phone calls, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work in a team, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
