Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
Support employer branding initiatives, including career page content, social media posts, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers and onboarding documentation.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internship or full-time).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
