Role: IT Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-Day work week | 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work Onsite

Office Location: Fortune Square Building, Brgy. Baliti and Capital Town, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Must have knowledge of basic networking.
Must have strong English communication skills.

Qualifications:

A graduate ofBachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) or Computer Engineering.
Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in IT support in a BPO company.
Open to working on a flexible shift.
Must be able to work on a permanent onsite setup (Baliti branch or Capital Town branch)
