IT Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Non-college graduate or college graduate (preferably BS Computer Science, MIS, IT, Computer Engineering, ECE or any computer-related course).
• With at least 2 years work experience.
• Knowledge in Active Directory, TCP/IP networking including routing, switching, and Wide Area Network (WAN)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, administer, and manage all computer network operations and activities.
• Perform a wide range of technical tasks related to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and communication systems, including application and network servers, routers, firewalls, LAN infrastructure, email systems, and PC workstations.
• Configure and install network security measures, internet security protocols, and essential software packages.
• Manage IT disaster recovery and data backup systems to ensure business continuity.
• Enforce application and network security policies across all departments and systems.
• Ensure proper and effective use of systems by all relevant departments.
• Supervise and monitor the activities of System Support and Data Support personnel.
• Set up and manage user access rights, security levels, and application permissions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance company operations and reduce administrative and operational expenses.
