Experienced Freight Dispatcher Needed

We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. trucking and logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage drivers efficiently while maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate freight loads

  • Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers

  • Manage schedules, routes, and driver communication

  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations

  • Problem-solve quickly to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a freight dispatcher (U.S. experience preferred)

  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Reliable internet and phone access (if remote)
